Matthew Boyle CEng has extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing sectors, notably with Rolls-Royce from 2013 to 2014, where roles included Shop Floor Systems Lead and Staff Engineer in Digital Manufacturing and Systems Engineering. Key achievements involve leading the technical development of manufacturing execution systems and managing significant upgrades across multiple plants. Additional responsibilities included continuous improvement initiatives in critical aerospace components and factory design for civil nuclear facilities. Matthew Boyle also possesses a strong educational background, holding a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow and a Master's in Advanced Manufacturing with Distinction from the University of Strathclyde.
