John Horner possesses extensive experience in government accounting and finance, primarily with Rolls-Royce plc since January 2003 as Controller Government Finance. In this role, John optimizes cost recovery and profits for UK and US Government contracts, adhering to established pricing regulations. Prior to this position, John held various roles at Rolls-Royce from January 1982 to December 2001, including Government Accounting Manager and Finance Systems Implementation Lead, focusing on costing standardization and financial planning across diverse product and material support units. John is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and earned a BSc in Managerial and Administrative Studies from Aston University.
