Gonçal Berastegui is currently the Vice President of Strategy at Rolls-Royce, where they lead the development of business strategies in the aerospace and defense sectors. Previously, Gonçal held various positions at Rolls-Royce, including Strategy Manager and Manufacturing Programme Manager for the UltraFan®, where they successfully launched the world's largest fan blade. They began their career as a Management Consulting Analyst at ALG-Minsait, advising clients in aviation and aerospace. Gonçal holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield University and a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
