Eileen Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and banking sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Group CFO at Rolls-Royce since September 2016, Eileen also held roles as Senior Sales Director and Sales Director for Civil Aerospace, where responsibilities included leading engine and services campaigns and building relationships with key stakeholders. Eileen co-chairs the Singapore Diversity and Inclusion strategy, demonstrating a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
