Ashleigh Lynch is an experienced professional in the aerospace sector, currently serving as Vice President Off-Wing MRO for Asia Pacific & Greater China at Rolls-Royce since September 2014. Over the years, Ashleigh has held various leadership roles, including Head of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul for the Europe, Middle East & Africa region and Supply Chain Operations Manager, responsible for managing the operational performance and quality of external supply chains. Ashleigh also led the Trent XWB Systems & Software design as Programme Manager and was involved in project management for the Trent XWB-84 Combustion System Certification package. Prior experience includes participation in the Rolls-Royce Project & Programme Management Graduate Scheme and an internship in Business Operations at Xerox. Ashleigh holds a 1st Class BSc (Hons) degree in Information Management & Business Studies from Loughborough University.
