Adam Darby is an engineering leader with over 30 years of experience in electric motors, controls, and new product development. Previously, they contributed to the development of the SmartDriveā¢ washing machine and innovative medical devices at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, as well as electric powertrains at UBCO. Currently, they serve as the Principal Powertrain Engineer at Robotics Plus, where they apply their expertise in system-level leadership and sustainability in transport technologies. An inventor with numerous international patents, Adam is dedicated to developing solutions that reduce emissions and improve efficiency. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Auckland.
