James Giustini serves as the Head of Commercial Business Development at RTI International since April 2025. With a robust background in consulting and business strategy, James held various leadership positions at RGP from September 2008 to March 2024, including Global Head of Business Strategy & Transformation, Regional Vice President - Advisory Services, Regional Director - Information Management, and Managing Director for the South Florida practice. Prior experience includes a role as Director at KPMG UK, where James focused on expanding Advisory Services in South Florida, and as a Business Development Executive for managed technology services at Telefonica. Early career experience includes serving as a Partner at C-Change Consulting, contributing to significant strategic initiatives for major clients. James holds a Master of Arts in International Relations & Management from the International University of Japan and a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, in Japan Studies and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
