Chereen Vassel is an accomplished Contract Specialist at RTI International since January 2025, specializing in the research and analysis of contract requirements to support business unit needs while enhancing compliance and efficiency. Previously, Vassel served as Contracts Manager at Alliant Energy, overseeing a high volume of contracts and facilitating communication among various stakeholders. Vassel also held the role of Contracts Manager for the Town of Cary, achieving a notable increase in completed contracts through effective liaison work, and worked as an Executive Office Manager at The Georgetown Company, managing administrative operations and vendor negotiations. Additionally, Vassel gained experience as a Paralegal Freelancer at Condé Nast, a Legal Administrative Assistant at Rockwell Group and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, and provided support as an Administrative Assistant and Legal Intern at Astor Chocolate and Path Medical, respectively. Vassel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
