Kristin Weaver currently serves as Tax Director at Repsol since September 2025, following a significant tenure at Ferrovial where Kristin held the position of North America Tax Director from 2013 to 2025. Previously, Kristin was Domestic Tax Director at Rockwell Automation from 2018 to 2020, and Tax Senior Manager at Whole Foods Market from 2005 to 2013. Early career experiences include roles as Experienced Staff in Federal Tax at EY, Tax Accountant, and Stock Plan Administrator at National Instruments, and Senior Associate in Human Capital at Arthur Andersen. Kristin Weaver holds both a Master of Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin, where studies were completed as part of the Business Honors Program.
