Ryan Plutnicki is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer-centric roles across leading organizations. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at RedSail Technologies since September 2025, Ryan previously held the same title at Motive from March 2023 to August 2025 and at Emburse from May 2019 to September 2022, where Ryan also acted as General Manager. Ryan's earlier experience includes a position as VP of Growth & Strategy at SAP from January 2015 to May 2019 and VP of Global Services at SAP Concur from January 2000 to December 2014. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Senior Consultant in the Advanced Technology Group at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from May 1996 to January 2000. Ryan earned a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame and an Executive Education Certificate in Agile Development from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
