Dylan Hogg is a seasoned Senior Machine Learning Engineer at REA Group since March 2024, currently leading projects within the consumer AI team and mentoring junior engineers. Prior to this role, Dylan served as a Technical Consultant at Infocruncher and held the position of Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Nearmap, where Dylan led a team in running deep learning models over extensive aerial imagery. Dylan's experience extends to Tyro Payments as a Senior Data Engineer, focusing on building data pipelines and productionizing machine learning models. Additional roles include Data Engineer Technical Lead at Oliver Wyman, Head of Data Science at Search Party Ltd, and various engineering positions across multiple companies. Dylan holds a Graduate Certificate in Mathematics and a Graduate Certificate in Computing with an AI specialization from UNSW, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland.
