Johan Botha is a highly experienced cricket coach currently serving as the Head Coach for Queensland Cricket since May 2024. Previously, Johan held positions as Assistant Coach for the Adelaide Strikers from November 2022 to May 2024, and as Head of Cricket & First XI Coach at St. Peters College from December 2021 to November 2022. Johan's coaching career includes stints as Head Coach for Islamabad United and Guyana Amazon Warriors, as well as various roles in the Pakistan Super League. Johan also contributed to the Darren Lehman Cricket Academy as an Assistant Consultant and worked as an Assistant Coach with the South Australian Cricket Association. Educational background includes schooling at Grey High in Port Elizabeth from 1996 to 2000.
