Steven Perry is currently the Director of Hardware Engineering at Qube Research & Technologies, where they focus on system architecture and development for high-frequency trading. They previously owned Aion Systems, specializing in advanced Simulink-based high-level synthesis tools and turnkey FPGA development. Within the industry, they have held significant positions, including Director at Altera and Consultant at Motorola, while also serving as Director of Silicon Engineering at Jump Trading LLC, where they designed ASICs for algorithmic trading. Steven's educational background includes studies at the University of Cambridge.
