Ryan Crompton is currently the Director of Hardware Engineering at Carbon Robotics, having taken on this role in 2025. Previously, Ryan served as the Avionics Lead for the New Glenn program at Blue Origin from 2018 to 2020, where they were integral in developing test plans and procedures for avionics and electrical systems testing. Ryan has also held positions at AeroTEC, where they led integrated product teams, and at Boeing, managing avionics systems verification and certification for multiple aircraft models. Ryan began their career with entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Weekend Wash LLC and coordinated improvements for the University of Arizona's Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering Department. They are pursuing a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management while holding a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona.
