Rajeev Kumar has over a decade of experience in operations and customer service roles within the entertainment and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Duty Officer at PVR Limited since February 2013, Rajeev is responsible for team operations, training newcomers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previous experience includes a role as an Entertainment Service Provider, where responsibilities encompassed customer service and cash handling. Prior to that, Rajeev worked as a Sales Associate at Lahore Watch House, focusing on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Rajeev holds a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, completed in 2011.
