Joanna Spiers is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Group Finance Director and previously as the Group Financial Controller at Practice Plus Group since January 2020. Joanna has a strong background in financial management, having held the position of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Care UK from January 2017 to December 2019. Prior to that, Joanna worked at Avis Budget Group International from July 2006 to September 2016, where roles included Head of EMEA Financial Reporting, Centre Financial Controller, and Group Planning Analyst. Joanna began the career as a Financial Planning Analyst EMEA at IHS Markit from May 2003 to June 2006.
