Paul Needham is the CEO of Arca, a carbon mineralization company dedicated to removing excess COâ‚‚ from the atmosphere. With over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles, including co-founding Simpa Networks, the largest rooftop solar leasing company in rural India, they have made significant contributions to renewable energy and sustainability. Currently, Paul also serves as Co-Founder and Board Chair of Powertrust and co-chairs the D-REC Initiative, aiming to create a global market for distributed renewable energy. Their educational background includes studies in Economics at the University of Cambridge.
