Sharon Shaji, MHI, currently serves as the Insights and Analytics Manager at Phreesia since October 2025. Prior to this role, Sharon worked as a Research Consultant and Domain Consultant at ICON plc from April 2021 to September 2025. Sharon's experience includes a Project Consultant position at CanCOVID and an Interim Delivery Consultant role at ThoughtWire, where management of healthcare product delivery and product research were key responsibilities. Additionally, coaching youth development at Soccer World and consulting on innovation by design at DeGroote School of Business further enhanced Sharon's skills.
