Serkan Otles is currently the Senior Director and Global Head of Business Development at Philips, where they manage a P&L of approximately €300 million and lead the development of a new Emerging Market growth cluster. With over 19 years of experience in business development and marketing across Fortune 100 companies, they previously held significant roles at Nestlé, Danone, and Philips, achieving notable successes such as the launch of innovative products and substantial market share gains. Serkan is also pursuing doctoral studies in Industrial Engineering at IMT Mines Albi and Ecole Polytechnique, while holding an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
