Philippe Soly is a retired professional currently residing at home. From 2014 to 2013, they served as the Head of Global Regulations Markets and European Authorized Representative at Philips Healthcare, where they were responsible for the transition to the new EU MD/IVD Regulations and held the position of vice chair of the COCIR post-market surveillance task force. Philippe obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Fluid Mechanics from Ecole Centrale de Lyon from 1976 to 1979.
