Hailey Gahlon is a Principal Clinical Development Lead at Philips, overseeing clinical research strategies and ensuring the accurate dissemination of clinical data. They previously held positions as a Senior Clinical Research Scientist at Boston Scientific and a Senior Toxicologist, where they managed biocompatibility testing and regulatory compliance for medical devices. Hailey completed postdoctoral research at Imperial College London and ETH Zurich, focusing on DNA replication and toxicology, and has successfully secured numerous grants for their research. They earned a PhD in Chemical Toxicology from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich and hold dual degrees in Biomedical Sciences and Chemistry.
