Stephen Babcock is an accomplished Army Colonel and a dynamic IT leader specializing in cybersecurity strategy and network engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Network Engineering at Optum, they lead a team of senior network engineers and have successfully integrated numerous remote sites and data centers to enhance operational efficiency. Their extensive experience includes directing IT operations for the Minnesota National Guard, managing large-scale cybersecurity programs, and fostering team development. Stephen has a strong academic background, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems from Syracuse University, complemented by several advanced certifications in data science and information security management.
