Robert Francisco is a Senior Manager of Network Engineering at Optum, where they currently oversee the management of over 600 remote LAN/WAN sites and lead initiatives such as SDWAN migration. Previously, they held various positions at Optum, including Manager of Network Engineering, where they successfully implemented strategies that resulted in significant cost savings during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their extensive experience in network support began at OCSI, where they managed teams and provided technical support for TPG Telecom's customers. Robert holds an Associate degree in Computer Science from OAA Computer College Foundation and a CCNA certification from Mapua Institute of Technology.
