Gladys Chan is a seasoned technology and engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and product management. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Cancer Lifeline, Gladys actively contributes to supporting cancer patients and their families. As the Senior Director of Engineering at OneStudyTeam, Gladys leads engineering teams focused on developing cloud-based platforms for advancing life-saving therapies. Previous roles include Software Development Manager at Stripe, responsible for reliability tooling and incident management, and Software Engineering Manager at Amazon, overseeing a large team and managing critical retail systems. Additionally, Gladys held director and lead positions at mdBriefCase Group Inc., Pong Studios, Philips, and Microsoft. Academically, Gladys holds an MBA from the University of Toronto, a Master of Engineering from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo.
