Emily Bashford, MBA, CPXP, is currently the Senior Director of Patient and Customer Experience at Northwell Health, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as the Patient Experience and Service Excellence Manager and later the Director of Patient Experience and Service Excellence at Mount Sinai South Nassau from 2021 to 2022. Emily has extensive experience in patient relations, having worked as the Administrative Manager for Patient Experience at The Mount Sinai Hospital from 2018 to 2021, and as a Patient Experience & Relations Coordinator at Mount Sinai West from 2017 to 2018. Early in their career, they held roles such as caregiver at Daughter for Hire, LLC and Service Learning Coordinator at Beyond Sports from 2013 to 2016. Emily obtained their education at Wagner College between 2015 and 2017.
