Ben Thomas, MSN, RN, is currently the Director of Patient and Customer Experience Education at Northwell Health, where they utilize their experience and skills to empower future medical professionals. Having previously worked as a Medical Surgical Nurse at NYU Winthrop Hospital and as an Emergency Room Nurse at Catholic Health, Ben has developed a strong foundation in critical care and patient education. They have also served as a Clinical Instructor at both Farmingdale State College and Molloy College, guiding nursing students through their capstone pathways. Ben earned a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Adelphi University, further enhancing their expertise in nursing education.
