Michael Deane is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for ±·±ð²õ³Ù±ôé UK & Ireland since November 2018, Michael oversees a team responsible for recruiting approximately 1,400 individuals annually for the world's largest food and beverage company. Previous roles include Corporate Head of Recruitment Marketing, where Michael established a global employer brand strategy and governed relationships with key partners in talent acquisition. With prior leadership positions at Alexander Mann Solutions, HSBC, and Reed, Michael has demonstrated expertise in innovative recruitment solutions, employer branding, and managing large-scale recruitment programs across various industries. Michael holds an MA in Management from Durham University and a BA in French & Hispanic Studies from The University of Sheffield.
