Heidi Morris-Barber, MSc MCIPD, is currently serving as the Interim Head of HR for Nations Business & Operations. From 2011 to 2014, they were an HR Business Partner at The Wallich, where they designed and implemented HR systems to support strategic business goals. Prior to that, they held various positions within the Cardiff Third Sector Council and BAVO, focusing on operations and HR management. They also possess a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales. Fluent in Welsh, they have a comprehensive background in human resources across multiple sectors.
