Marcos Rete has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marcos began their career as a Bilingual Tier 1 Technical Support Representative at TELETECH INTERNATIONAL from April 2008 to June 2009. Marcos then worked as a Telephone Operator at SOS Red de Asistencia from July 2009 to April 2011. Following this, Marcos worked at Cargill as an Assistant - Data entry from April 2011 to November 2011. From October 2010 to February 2011, they served as a Telephone Sales Manager at Dynatac Phone. Marcos also spent some time as an Accounting Assistant and Room Clerk at "Constantini & Rachitti" Real Estate Agency from December 2011 to July 2012.

In 2013, Marcos joined TOP SUPERMARKET as a Section Manager - Cashier, where they were responsible for tasks such as receipt of payments, debit/credit card processing, and payment reporting. Marcos held this position until November 2014.

Subsequently, Marcos worked as a Telephone sales manager at Blueconnect Contact Center from March 2015 to November 2015. Marcos then transitioned to the El Cultural de Abajo Theater, where they served as a Lighting and Sound Technician from August 2016 until November 2021.

Most recently, Marcos has been employed by ModSquad as a Tier 2 Technical Support Representative since November 2021, and they are currently working at Teladoc Health as a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative starting from March 2023.

Marcos Rete attended the Institute of Superior Education "Olga Cossettini" from 2008 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a degree in Literary and Technical-Scientific Translation in English, focusing on classical languages, literature, and linguistics. In April 2023, Marcos obtained a certification in Customer Service: Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting from LinkedIn.
