Hila Tal is currently the VP of HR at Matrix and has held the same title at Matrix Global from 2004 until 2024. Hila began their career in human resources at John Bryce and has maintained a strong focus on HR leadership throughout their tenure. Hila earned a BA in Social Work from Tel Aviv University between 1992 and 1995.
