Marcela Árvai Pereira is the HR VP for Latin America at Adidas, where they focus on developing strategic human resources initiatives. Previously, Marcela served as the Latin America HR Director at CEVA SANTE ANIMALE and held various HR roles at Procter & Gamble, including Senior HR Business Partner and HR Manager across multiple categories. They have a background in recruiting, training, and development, as well as experience in change management and organizational culture. Marcela completed education at Newfield Consulting from 2015 to 2016.
