Joce has extensive experience in commercial real estate as a hotel broker, having completed over 30 transactions during their tenure at Paramount Lodging Advisors. Prior to that, Joce held various management positions in sales and hospitality, demonstrating a strong track record in team leadership and operational efficiency. Joce's educational background includes a BS in International Business Management from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor's in Business Management with a concentration in hotels from the College of Charleston.
