Forest Bender is the Senior Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap, serving as the First Vice President of Investments in the Indianapolis office. They specialize in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of investment-grade office and industrial properties throughout the Midwest, having successfully closed over 100 unique transactions totaling more than $340 million. Forest holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University, where they studied Philosophy, Property Management, and Sales, and served as the president of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. Prior to their current role, they gained experience as an assistant property manager and leasing professional. In their free time, Forest enjoys cooking, fishing, and traveling.
