Eric Yaptangco is currently the Head of Insurance Operations at Manulife, having joined the company in 2025. Previously, they served as Division Director and Manila Technology and Office Head at Macquarie Group from 2018 to 2025. Before that, Eric held various leadership roles at AIG and Chubb, including Chief Information Officer for Japan and North America Claims Program Executive. They earned a BS in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University, where they studied from 1987 to 1990.
