Deborah Morse is an accomplished MD and Global Head of Wealth, Insurance and Private Bank Operations. They began their career at RSA as an Operations Manager from 1982 to 1989, before moving to HSBC, where they held several key positions from 1989 to 2021, including Director and UK Head of Wealth & Insurance Operations. Throughout their tenure, they advanced to become the European Head of Wealth and Operations, as well as the Director and European Head of Wealth and Private Bank Operations.
