Michaela Hráčková Pyšňáková

Michaela Hráčková Pyšňáková is a Senior UX Researcher at Make since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in user experience research across various industries. Previously, Michaela served as UX & Strategic Research Lead at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included leading comprehensive UX research initiatives for productivity software and shaping product road maps. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Sociology from Masaryk University and further studies at Stanford University.
