Kathryn Parkes is a Staff UX Researcher at Cisco, currently based in Dublin, Ireland. With extensive experience in user research, UX design, and accessibility, they have held various roles, including Director of User Experience & Design at Swrve and Head of Group R&D at ThirdForce. Kathryn has worked with notable clients such as Microsoft, Citibank, and GameStop, and has managed several consultancy businesses focused on product strategy and digital experience design. They hold a BA (Hons) in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin, and an M.Sc. in Innovation and Technology Management from University College Dublin.
