Rob Flitsch is the Regional Director of Facilities for the Central Region at Macy's, where they have held various positions since 2012, including Regional Director of Investigations and District Director of Loss Prevention. With a strong background in the retail industry, Rob has developed expertise in Loss Prevention, investigations, surveillance, and inventory control. Prior to their tenure at Macy's, they served as Group Asset Protection Manager at Marshall Field's. Rob is currently pursuing education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
