Stephen Wong is the Director of Manufacturing Excellence at lululemon, with over 30 years of experience in the textile and garment industry, focusing on end-to-end processes. For more than 20 years, Stephen has specialized in quality management, building teams, and driving process improvements through KPI management to enhance business growth sustainably. Previously, Stephen served as the QA Director of LLO Asia and as the LLO Global Quality Director at lululemon. Stephen is currently pursuing a Master's degree in MSQM at HK PolyU.
