Predrag Kovačić is currently the Director of Manufacturing Excellence at GRUNDFOS, where they set and lead the standards for group processes in manufacturing engineering and product development. Previously, Predrag served in various roles at GRUNDFOS, including Production Technology Group Leader and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where they managed teams and oversaw production processes. Prior to joining GRUNDFOS, they worked as a Project Engineer in automation at ICM Electronics, focusing on production line design and robotics. Predrag holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Technical Science Novi Sad and an Executive MBA from COTRUGLI Business School.
