Joy Martin, SPHR, is currently the Senior Director of Compensation at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where they support over 250,000 associates across Stores and Supply Chain. With a strong background in HR generalist and business partner roles, Joy has developed core strengths in change management, compensation, performance management, and workforce analytics. Previously, Joy held leadership positions at Wells Fargo and Bank of America, overseeing compensation strategies for large-scale lending operations. Joy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently pursuing an MBA at UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business.
