Christopher W. Mitchell, MBA, SHRM-SCP, CCP, is currently the Senior Director of Compensation at Condé Nast, where they focus on optimizing enterprise-wide compensation strategies. Previously, they held roles at Verizon Media as a Talent Development Senior Manager and at Condé Nast as the Director of HR Strategy and Project Management. Christopher's earlier experience includes positions at MasterCard, L.W. Mitchell, CPA, and the New York Power Authority, where they specialized in talent acquisition, marketing, and HR services. They earned an MBA from New York University and are currently pursuing a BA at Brown University.
