Lanny Johnston is an experienced Aerospace Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin since October 2012, leading a team of 35 Subject Matter Experts in providing engineering support for the F-16 program. Prior to this role, Lanny served as an F-16 Weapons System Integration Engineer, supporting various aspects of weapon systems and operational processes. Lanny's experience includes serving as the Senior Navy Junior ROTC Instructor at Salt Lake City School District, leveraging a 20-year naval career to mentor students in leadership and discipline. Lanny also held significant leadership positions in the US Navy, including Commanding Officer of the Naval Operational Support Center in Omaha and Officer In Charge of Electronic Attack Squadron 209 at Andrews AFB. Lanny holds a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
