Tarik Belem Kaddem is a seasoned Business Controlling & Performance Director with extensive experience in financial management and planning. They began their career as a Financial Controller at CULTURA from 2007 to 2010, followed by a role as Head of FP&A at RB from 2010 to 2015. Tarik held several key positions, including Controlling Product Manager and Head of Business Controlling at Fnac between 2015 and 2021, before serving as Head of Business Controlling at Fnac Darty from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are the Performance Director at Leroy Merlin, a position they have held since 2021. Tarik earned a Master's degree in Audit and Management Controlling from INSEEC MSc & MBA in 2007.
