Laurie Churchill is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as the Chief Legal Officer at LeMaitre since October 2025, Churchill previously held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Quanterix from February 2023 to October 2025. Prior experience at LeMaitre includes roles as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Vice President and General Counsel, and General Counsel, starting in November 2012. Earlier in the career, Churchill worked as Assistant General Counsel at Avid from May 2011 to November 2012 and as Counsel at Ropes & Gray LLP from September 1999 to April 2011. Educational credentials include a J.D. from New York University and a B.A. in English Education from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
