Eric Griffin is the owner of Griffin Legal PLLC, providing legal services to Texas businesses and mission-driven social enterprises. With prior experience as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Protection One, Inc., Eric was responsible for a broad array of legal matters, including corporate governance and M&A. Additionally, Eric served as General Counsel for CECO Environmental Corporation and Peerless Manufacturing, where they advised on complex business transactions and compliance issues. Educated at the University of Tennessee College of Law, Eric holds a JD with High Honors. Currently, Eric also serves as a Fractional General Counsel at Legility, offering temporary legal support solutions.
