Rachel Webb Wiles is a Fractional General Counsel currently working with The Legal Director, providing part-time legal counsel to high-growth businesses. Previously, Rachel held roles including Competition and Dispute Resolution Counsel and Head of Legal for UK and Ireland at Imperial Brands PLC, where responsibilities included managing litigation and overseeing legal risk. With a background as a Solicitor at TLT and a Legal Consultant, Rachel has extensive experience in various areas of law such as commercial law, compliance, and crisis management. Additionally, Rachel serves as a Trustee and Director at The Key Charity in Bristol, which supports individuals transitioning from prison. Rachel earned an LLB from the University of Bristol and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England.
