Marlinde Verhoeff currently serves as the Regional General Manager for both Indonesia and Europe at Karma Group Global, where responsibilities include managing villa owner relations, overseeing financial controls, and enhancing customer service through training programs and SOP management. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at Sunda Trails, where operations and finance were key focuses, and as Operational Manager at REP'S event and promotion support, managing a team of project managers and event budgets. Additional roles included General Manager at The Giggling Tree, Business Development and Brand Manager at Red Bull, and an internship in marketing at John Gray's Sea Canoe. Marlinde Verhoeff holds a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism Management and Consultancy from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
