Jayne Rolstone is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People & Culture Partner and previously as HR Advisor at Jonas Software since March 2016, including a role as Interim HR Advisor for a year. Prior to joining Jonas Software, Jayne worked as an HR Associate at SYLO Associates while seeking permanent employment. Jayne's extensive HR expertise includes producing employee handbooks, handling flexible working requests, conducting investigatory meetings, and managing recruitment processes. Formerly, Jayne was an HR Advisor at LEO Pharma from November 2001 to October 2013, where responsibilities included managing employee benefits, maintaining HRIS, conducting competency-based interviews, and overseeing health and safety policies. Jayne holds a Post Graduate Diploma from Oxford Brookes University.
