Ali Shulver has over two decades of experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead at Johnson Matthey since August 2000, leading a team of 10 professionals and managing L&D budgets while ensuring compliance with global training policies. Additionally, Ali is the Sports Director at The New Croft Foundation, playing a pivotal role in expanding youth and senior football participation and managing large volunteer groups. Previously, Ali held manufacturing leadership roles at Johnson Matthey and Grampian Country Foods, demonstrating expertise in team management and attention to quality standards. Ali holds CIPD qualifications.
